  Casella di testo: In Sicily, since many years, are present the windsurfers: boards and sails  gliding on the waves pushed by the wind and by the passion of a sport capable to develop time to time new emotions. This is the right website for windsurf lovers.   The Wind Sporting School organizes two level courses. The teaching method, finalized to make the trainee autonomous by the beginning, is the one indicated by National School Methodology. So are organized in a professional way, personalized lessons with sure results for the learner. The courses have a duration of 8 hours minimum and are distributed on the base of the trainee’s necessity. To participate is necessary to fill in the  enrollment module and afterwards will follow the registration in loco in the association Wind sporting school to be covered by the injury insurance.   At the end of the course and after attending the windsurf lessons, will be released from the association an attendance sheet with the level reached.

- Techniques to recover the sail foot position, movement on right,left simulator
- To position the sail to start  Sail Positioning simulator,windsurf
- Sail resistance to start Sail Balance windsurf
       
2-3H LESSON N.3    
- To control the sail in light condition wind open-closing sail windsurf/simulator
- To follow the different tacks bowline (up wind), Downwind  (poop), Crosswind. windsurf
- To Sail upwind to reach the starting point. foot pressure windsurf
- To begin the Veer weight, moving fast windsurf

- The haul improvement speed before execution windsurf
